Donnie Griggs - Teaching & Visionary Elder
Donnie is the founding pastor of One Harbor Church. He is the primary preaching pastor and serves the church by providing leadership in Vision, Teaching, and Pastoral Care. Donnie is married to Jill and proud father of Jedidiah Owen. Donnie's passion is to make disciples who can make disciples and seeing our community, nation and the world reached and transformed through the power of Gospel. Among other things, he enjoys surfing, spear fishing, diving, basically doing anything in salt water. He also likes grilling huge pieces of meat, reading books by really dead guys, watching movies like The Godfather and Tombstone, and listening to Stevie Ray Vaugh, Johnny Cash and B.B. King.

Jesse Kincer - Executive Elder
Jesse oversees the various One Harbor Church ministries making sure each one is carrying out the mission and vision God has called us to. Before One Harbor Jesse helped to launch and grow a successful marketing research company then started his own company which is where he worked until it became evident that the time had come to sell the business and focus his time and talents solely as an elder. The transition was finalized on the 1st of October 2011 as he came on full-time. Jesse currently oversees the Hang10 (Kids Ministry), Hospitality Teams, Small Groups and Finances. Jesse is married to Hayley and is a proud father of his two boys Asher and Riley. Jesse enjoys surfing, reading theology, drinking coffee, grilling out with friends, drinking coffee, watching movies like Cool Hand Luke or anything beginning with Bourne, listening to the blues and drinking coffee.

Rebecca Goodman - Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to Donnie Griggs
Rebecca was one of the crew who planted One Harbor with Donnie and Jill. She immediately began serving the church by greeting new visitors on Sundays & doing the bookkeeping whenever she wasn't working at her full-time position as bank manager. Rebecca felt called more and more to focus her time and talents with the church which became a reality in August of 2011 when she came on full-time staff. Rebecca is married to James Goodman who is part of the worship team and a soon to be CPA. Rebecca enjoys clipping coupons, finding deals, traveling to fun new places with her husband, cooking lumpia, spending quality time with friends and hosting people in their home.

Mary Beth Barts - Hang10 Kids Ministry Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Mary Beth was part of the crew who planted One Harbor along with Donnie and Jill. As One Harbor grew so did the amount of kids. As the kids ministry grew, Mary Beth became involved and eventually took the reigns. She was teaching pre-school when she began working part-time with One Harbor until she eventually felt God call her to leave teaching & work full-time at the church which she did in August 2011. Under Mary Beth's leadership Hang10 has grown to accomodate roughly 100 kids each Sunday. Mary Beth is married to Michael who leads the worship team. She enjoys painting, snuggling with her two dogs, listening to Michael Buble and John Mayer, hanging out with family and taking a boat ride on a sunny day.

Emily Recker – Communication & Events Coordinator
Emily studied Public Relations and has a background in wedding and special event planning, so she was excited to take on the role of Communication and Event Coordinator for One Harbor. She handles all communication through printed and social media, and plans details and logistics for large OH events. She moved to Beaufort in 2010 after marrying her love, Brian, who is currently deployed to Afghanistan with the USMC. Emily enjoys frequenting local thrift shops, traveling with her husband, taking care of her two sweet kittens, meeting with her REflect group, kayaking and exploring Beaufort, jamming to fun British bands, and she has recently embarked on the adventures of cooking and sewing.
