TOMTAPPING | SBO Site Lead Pastor

Tom joined One Harbor in January 2012 with his wife Una. He has led churches around the world since 1978 and is gifted at raising up and releasing leaders. Before coming to One Harbor, Tom handed over the church he led in Perth, Australia to his son Mark who is continuing to take it onward and upward. Tom and Una have 6 grandchildren, 3 from their daughter Liza who lives in New York City with her husband Dawie. The other 3 live in Perth, Australia with their son Mark and his wife Nasia. Tom enjoys riding Harley's, playing golf, joking around and loves life in general. He is famous for instituting the 11th commandment..."Thou shalt have fun in the Kingdom of God!".

Doug joined One Harbor in March 2015 with his wife Ashley and three children, Kirstin, Madison and Jeffrey. He was born and raised in New Bern, NC and currently is president of SunFire Industries a local manufacturer located in New Bern, NC. Doug joined the Eldership Team in August of 2016, and currently serves as a marketplace pastor at the Swansboro Site while helping to oversee the SBO Hospitality and Kids Ministry Teams. Doug loves spending time with his family, coaching his children's soccer teams and playing soccer himself. May through September you will most likely find his family at the beach somewhere along the beautiful Crystal Coast.

Jon has been part of One Harbor since the early days of meeting in a living room. God radically transformed his heart in 2011, and Jon has since been serving the church in various roles and helping behind the scenes. Jon met his beautiful wife Chelsea in a One Harbor Community Group in 2013, and they were married in April of 2015. Jon joined the Eldership Team in August of 2016, and currently serves as a marketplace pastor at the Swansboro site. Jon is a licensed professional engineer, and is co-owner of a local engineering & surveying firm in downtown Jacksonville. His favorite hobby is surfing, and he enjoys early American history and being goofy around his wife. Jon is a 10thgeneration North Carolinian, and has a passion to facilitate church plants to advance the gospel in his home state and beyond.

MIKECROSE | SBO Marketplace Pastor

Mike and his family started attending One Harbor Church in the spring of 2010. Mike was born and raised just south of Chicago. He is an Airforce Veteran, having served 8 years in Fayetteville and Goldsboro, NC. Mike graduated from East Carolina with his Master’s Degree in Accounting and is currently a Regional Vice President at First Citizens Bank. Mike met his wife AnnMarie at East Carolina University and knew quickly that Eastern NC would become home. Mike and AnnMarie have one 8-year-old son, also named Mike, and two dogs. He enjoys working with his hands, time with family and boating along our beautiful coast. Mike served on the hospitality team for many years until joining the eldership team in the summer of 2017. He is currently a Marketplace elder at our Swansboro Site. Seeing God work in his life has created a passion for sharing the gospel and watching God work within the community he is blessed to call home.

One Harbor Ladies brings women together throughout the year for quarterly events led by women here at One Harbor that have a heart to see one another rooted and growing in Jesus. This is a great way to grow, be challenged, and changed by the timeless truths of God's Word. It is also a great way to fellowship with other women in the church, share life's ups and downs, pray with one another, and build each other up in the faith. This year, we are focusing on finding and living in our identity in Christ. Learn More >

One Harbor Men brings men together around meals, brotherhood, and the Gospel. Reach Local is the local outreach initiative of One Harbor Church. As a church we exist all for the sake of the Gospel, and tangibly displaying God’s love is a vital part of that mission. Following the example of Jesus, we seek to identify the physical, spiritual, and relational needs of our neighbors and community and respond using a holistic, Gospel-centered approach.  This can happen through community engagement such as supporting local events, responding to natural disasters, or assisting non-profits within our city. Additionally this can happen at the family or individual level through construction projects, financial assistance and counseling, moving assistance, and many other local service opportunities. Learn More >
