Donnie is the founding pastor of One Harbor Church. He is the primary preaching pastor and serves the church by providing leadership in vision, teaching, and pastoral care. Donnie is married to Jill, and is the proud father of two boys, Jedidiah Owen and Wyatt Jude. Donnie’s passion, among other things, is to see churches in small towns and rural areas equipped and empowered to radically engage culture and make disciples. In addition, he grew up in and around salt water and continues to pray that God would give him gills.

Bryan was ordained as an elder at One Harbor Church in October 2012. In addition to regular pastoral care, he is responsible for supervising many of the church programs, ensuring that the vision, direction and requirements set by the elders are implemented and carried out. Prior to joining the staff of One Harbor, Bryan served as a U.S. Marine. His experience in the Marine Corps centered around logistics, administration, and operations. He served in this capacity at Cherry Point, in Afghanistan, and aboard a US naval vessel in the Caribbean.

Ryan joined the One Harbor Church staff in January of 2013 to oversee our Music+Media teams, Communications, and joined the Eldership Team in February of 2015. After graduating with a degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California Irvine in 2008, Ryan spent five years in the marketplace in sales and marketing while working on staff at Southlands Church in Southern California. Ryan and his beautiful wife Megan married in the summer of 2006, and are the proud parents of their sweet twin daughters Emma and Hannah.

Eamon began attending One Harbor on its first Sunday in 2009. Since then, God has moved on a massive level in his life, and he joined the Eldership team in 2015 as a marketplace pastor. He is Carteret County born and bred, and has spent his entire life loving all that our coastal town has to offer. Eamon married his amazing wife Diana in 2010, and they now have 2 daughters, Trinity and Eleanor. He has spent much of his career in the boating industry, but now owns a few local businesses in which he serves the community as a general contractor/ builder, and maker of concrete countertops.

Andrew has lived in Carteret County for most of his life where he has been employed as a Harbor Pilot for 31 years. He and his family started attending One Harbor Church in late 2013 and became partners in early 2014. Andrew is married to his wife, Sally, and they have four daughters, Sara, Hannah, Rebecca, and Rachel. The great passions of his life are shepherding the Body of Christ and building up the local church through active fellowship and teaching the word of God. For many years, Andrew and Sally have enjoyed hosting community groups in their home, where he is able to combine his passion of teaching and fellowship with other believers. Andrew’s many hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, roasting coffee, and chasing away boys who flirt with his daughters.

Mike and his family started attending One Harbor Church in September 2013 and he joined the eldership team in July 2016 as a marketplace pastor. He has a passion for people and for sharing the love of Jesus Christ through community and fellowship. Mike and his wife, Beth have been married since 1994 and they have two sons, Jack and Wyatt. Mike graduated from NC State University and has worked as a mechanical engineer since graduation in both eastern South and North Carolina. He enjoys fishing, cooking, boating with his family and living in a coastal community. Mike's desire is to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ furthered through loving people and investing in the lives of those around him.

One Harbor Ladies brings women together throughout the year for quarterly events led by women here at One Harbor that have a heart to see one another rooted and growing in Jesus. This is a great way to grow, be challenged, and changed by the timeless truths of God's Word. It is also a great way to fellowship with other women in the church, share life's ups and downs, pray with one another, and build each other up in the faith. This year, we are focusing on finding and living in our identity in Christ. Learn More >

One Harbor Men brings men together around meals, brotherhood, and the Gospel. Reach Local is the local outreach initiative of One Harbor Church. As a church we exist all for the sake of the Gospel, and tangibly displaying God’s love is a vital part of that mission. Following the example of Jesus, we seek to identify the physical, spiritual, and relational needs of our neighbors and community and respond using a holistic, Gospel-centered approach.  This can happen through community engagement such as supporting local events, responding to natural disasters, or assisting non-profits within our city. Additionally this can happen at the family or individual level through construction projects, financial assistance and counseling, moving assistance, and many other local service opportunities. Learn More >
